You declare that you are the copyright holder of the submitted photographs or that you have the appropriate authorizations from the copyright owners to submit them. You declare that there is authorization to use the image of the people portrayed. 

  2. Use of Photographs: The photographs sent will be used to illustrate the articles on the Viva O Clique Blog and on the Viva O Clique Instagram profile, respecting the context in which they were provided. The photographs will only be used for the purposes described above.

  6. Removal of Photographs: If the photographer wishes to remove his photographs from the Viva o Clique website, he must contact us through the appropriate channels available on the website.
