By submitting your photographs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright: All photographs submitted must comply with Brazilian copyright legislation. You declare that you are the copyright holder of the submitted photographs or that you have the appropriate authorizations from the copyright owners to submit them. You declare that there is authorization to use the image of the people portrayed. 

2. Use of Photographs: The photographs sent will be used to illustrate the articles on the Viva O Clique Blog and on the Viva O Clique Instagram profile, respecting the context in which they were provided. The photographs will only be used for the purposes described above.

3. Credits to Authors: Credits due to the authors of the photographs will be provided whenever used. The author's name or the username provided by the photographer will be mentioned whenever the photo is used for the purposes stated above. 

4. Site Preservation: The Viva o Clique site reserves the right to make edits to the photographs sent in relation to the cut for adjustments to the feed of social networks, when necessary, in order to make the posts viable. 

5. Responsibility: The photographer is solely responsible for the content of the photographs sent. The Viva o Clique site is not responsible for any violation of copyright or other rights of third parties related to photographs submitted by users.

6. Removal of Photographs: If the photographer wishes to remove his photographs from the Viva o Clique website, he must contact us through the appropriate channels available on the website. 

7. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your photographs, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions of use.
